My youngest cousin Julia. Julia was adopted a few years ago from China and she is the light of our entire family. I had the pleasure of seeing her at dinner last night and her smile and laugh brightened the mood at the entire table. This picture is from a Greek festival that we went to this summer. She’s definitely gotten used to all the Greek food in our family.
I would like to be remembered as a man who had a wonderful time living life, a man who had good friends, fine family - and I don’t think I could ask for anything more than that, actually.

Sorrento, Italy. One word: breathtaking. Before heading down to the beach, we spent a few hours shopping in the town of Sorrento and picking up some really special items for ourselves back home.
My sister Kanella and I in Barcelona. Barca was one of my favorite places to visit this summer. Not only was I the designated translator for 18 of my family members but I really was able to admire the beautiful architecture and lifestyle. Kanella just left for her first year in college 2 days ago. I really do wish her the best. I hope she becomes the person she wants to become and takes advantage of every opportunity to succeed. We’ve become extremely close the past few years, going through many of the same things together, and I’m glad I can be someone that she looks up to
sorry for the delay
i haven’t updated my tumblr in a while, probably because of my hectic summer. so far i went on a family cruise to spain, italy and london, started co-op at MFS Investment Management in Boston as a Corporate Finance Analyst, and am now getting ready to move into my first apartment this coming week. So many aspects of my life are changing and i am forever grateful. This summer has taught me a lot: to not lose sight of who I am, that it’s okay to be confused about what I want in life (because i’ve always thought I had it figured out), to be silent and take in beautiful things, and to do a lot for myself. Many times this summer I’ve caught myself going on my daily runs and just stopping, sitting down on a stoop and just sitting and thinking for a half hour, an hour…doesn’t really matter. All that matters is that in that time, I was able to sort things out, think clearly, and smile. can’t wait to fill my tumblr with some pictures from this summer, get ready!
